Sitting in on Sony's live IFA conference today, they've gone ahead and given the official stamp on three new devices. In order the Sony Xperia T, Xperia V, Xperia J will all be coming to market each offering their own individual features and price points.
The Xperia T will be the flagship leader here and as we've seen in previous leaks runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with an upgrade to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean shortly after launch. It also has a 720p display, 13MP camera and built-in NFC along with a 1.5GHz dual core processor
The Xperia V will be coming with LTE connectivity and NFC that allows for interaction with a wide array of upcoming Sony accessories. A 13MP camera will allow for HD video recording while the 1.5GHz dual core processor will keep Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich going until it gets upgraded to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and if that's not enough, it's also water and dust resistant.
To close out their smartphone announcements, Sony introduced the Xperia J, which is their entry level offering running Android 4.0 out of the box with a 5MP shooter and only 512MB of RAM. The display leaves a lot to be desired, as it does not share the Bravia engine powered like the others instead, packs a 4.0” FWVGA Display. Videos, full specs and more of all can be found below. Xperia T will launch globally over the next few weeks. Xperia V and Xperia J will launch globally in calendar Q4 2012.
