Colorado Natural Gas offers the Excess Is Out Program for residential and 
commercial customers in Colorado. The reduce and rebate program offers incentives for energy efficient furnaces, boilers, programmable thermostats, insulation, caulk and weatherization measures. Rebate amounts range from $25 to $300, depending on the upgrade and equipment.
Xcel Energy provides a variety of rebates for increasing your home?s efficiency. Eligible improvements include insulation, heating and cooling systems,
