Call Center Sales Manager 1
St. Louis, MO or Salt Lake City, UT
Responsible for managing the activities of a team of senior level investment focused outbound sales representatives in a telephone sales environment, ensuring that production/sales goals and client needs are met through business development and cross sell initiatives. Duties may include: coaches and develops a positive and productive work environment; coordinates and builds relationships with Wealth, Brokerage, Retirement and Community Bank business partners; reviews tracking and monitoring reports (such as talk times, contacts, accounts opened, cross-sell referrals, etc.) for efficiency and sales improvement opportunities; develops sales and referral skills; creates individual development plans with staff; promotes campaigns and to meet sales and referral goals; maintains adequate staffing level to meet production goals; ensures that regulatory licensure and continuing education requirements are met; identifies risks and makes sound recommendations to management; monitors calls to ensure that team members are giving accurate information and following approved practices; communicates company policy, procedures and practices; completes reports or project work as requested by business partners and senior management. Note: Incumbents must possess appropriate licenses prior to accepting the role (e.g., NASD Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 in the investment business).

Basic Qualifications:
? 5+ years management experience in a sales and customer service environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Experience as a leader, facilitator and developer of high performing team members to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere.
? Strong sales management experience within a high volume, fast paced and constantly changing environment.
? Proven track record in establishing and driving sales and service excellence; identifying and presenting processes and/or operational enhancements to meet business objectives.
? Demonstrated time management, problem solving and analytical skills.
? Strong communications skills to include demonstrated experience as a collaborator who has built successful relationships and influenced throughout the business to drive results.
? Proven ability to think strategically and lead team to implement and deliver business objectives.
? Training and facilitation background.
? Strong written communication skills.
? Deep understanding of business development strategies, sales process.
? Proven hiring and interview skills.
? Deemed as thought leader and role model for all sales disciplines and effective sales behaviors.
? Ability to travel by air as needed.
? Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 Licenses needed prior to accepting this role
Preferred Skills:
? BA/BS or equivalent work experience
