People may experience different types of grief and it?s depending on the situation they are experiencing. Human beings generally live under tension or in grief but you should know the different people have different tension. You can categorize by diagnosing people and then categorized that what type of grief is. The types of grief are anticipatory, complicated, and caregivers.
Complicated or unresolved grief is a team used to describe a prolonged sense of bereavement so intense that the person is unable to move past it. Someone caught in complicated grief may be referred to as ?Stuck?. This indicates is a state of being overwhelmed by the emotions bought on by grief and inability to come to terms and loss. It is distinguished from a natural, earlier phase of group in large measure by its duration. Some indications that a person a suffering from complicated grief include such as talking about death and loss frequently, exhibiting signs of severe depression, casual observation evoke powerfully and so on. Anticipatory grief is a second type of grief. We all know that

Anticipatory grief include many symptoms similar those that materialize after death and can involve conflicting feeling and enormous anxiety and stress. This grief may be made more intensive by unresolved issue amongst family members, and a desire on the part of caregivers not to distress the patient. Caregiver is one of the important types of grief. Guilt, anger, depression, frustration, resentment, anticipatory grief, fear, denial; all these and more affect the caregiver. So much attention is focused in the person who is dying, by doctors, nurses and family members, that the caregiver may easily be overlooked. A caregiver whose life as come to revolve solely around caring for dying patient is unlikely to recognize the signs of severe stress which can include irritably with a hair trigger, prolonged stress, disrupted sleep habits and so on.
Thus, the types of grief indicate that grief is depend on person to person that why it?s categorized by diagnosing the patient/person. And you should know patients by their activities.
