In a short Twitter message, Illja Rotelli, Blizzard?s Director of Community & eSports, leaves Blizzard to pursue new opportunities. Not much else has been said on the subject from either Ilja or Blizzard. Ilja may be best known recently for his idea on Blizzard?s World Championship Series: a worldwide tournament series pitting the best of each country with the best of the continent and soon the world.
The World Championship Series Finals take place in Shanghai, China on November 17th to the 18th where 250,000$ will be awarded
